Awareness Looks | 2013

As the second post on my blog, I want to share the awareness looks that were done, well, now YESTERDAY since its currently 2am. I do plan on continuing with more ribbon colors sometime this week, if my week will let me do so. And when I say this week, I mean next week.. because its already Thursday.

 Now, it is a little out of the ordinary for me to post looks of eyes only, but I wanted these to represent the cause, and also be wearable.. even if they are a little extreme for some of them. My favorites are the Autism one, as well as the Diabetes one. I am actually liking the purple ribbon one as well.

I guess I am now off to bed! Goodnight everyone! Thank you all for your support in raising awareness towards the various causes!

I remember this exact day of uploading and creating this video. I actually started this video pretty late at night. Funny thing is, what you guys DO NOT see in the video are lamps balancing on my bed, towels down all over my bed so I don't get makeup on my sheets (inevitable), my messy finger printed laptop, full of body paint that WAS NOT water based easy to come off paint (ahem), and the general madness that was actually this video.

Foundation Favorites | 2013

Late night post, I know everyone! I have been busy all day taking the Monster Denture FX class at Kosart Effects ! Now I always get asked, "What kind of foundation do you use?" "I have acne, what kind of foundation should I use to cover it?" "I have scars, what kind of foundation do you recommend?"  "You have perfect skin! What foundation do you use?" GOTCHA ! My skin is  pretty close  to clear, but I  DO  have break outs. My secret to perfect skin? (Once my long journey of clearing up my Grade 3 acne was over, of course) Not only a wonderful skin care routine, but of course, makeup. Popsicle Zombie | 2014

Back in 2014 , and still today, I was and am still pretty proud of the shading within this character. This was the first time I successfully to my satisfaction created shading within my cheek (specifically the left-hand side looking at the photo straight on). This was a part of a very small spread out series on my channel that I was calling popsicle zombies at the time. I loved the way they turned out, and I loved making them different colors! This series was also one that another social media influencer took advantage of, which was kind of a bummer. At the time, I thought they just enjoyed my work! ... until they stopped mentioning they even know me.
